OGC does not guarantee visa approval, work permit approval, BOI approval, licensing approval, company-registration approval, tax or legal outcomes, or a particular government processing time.

Eligibility, documentary requirements, fees, procedures and processing periods may change and may depend on the facts of each case.

Viewing this website, sending an enquiry, using the contact form, communicating with Kwan AI Concierge or receiving preliminary information does not by itself create a client engagement, professional adviser relationship, agency relationship or obligation for OGC to accept a matter.

5. Kwan AI Concierge

Kwan AI Concierge is an AI-assisted virtual client assistant intended to provide general information, help visitors navigate OGC services, collect enquiries and facilitate follow-up with OGC staff.

AI-generated responses may be incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for a particular case. Kwan is not authorised to guarantee an approval, government processing time, final legal or tax conclusion, or binding commitment on behalf of OGC. Where a matter is case-specific or requires professional review, users should obtain confirmation from an OGC representative.

When using the website, contact form or Kwan, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
